How could I forget to include the fabulous bookstore La Hune? I read about this bookstore in Parisian Chic and was so excited to find it right next door to Cafe de Flore, where I had lunch. The fashion and design section is a good size then I’ve seen in any bookstore. Be sure to add this to your list of shops to visit.
Not only did I fall in love with Paris, but I also fell in love with Hotel 7 Eiffel. I found this hotel through Girl’s Guide To Paris. This boutique hotel is totally right up my alley. The design screams modern and chic. The minute my cab driver pulled up to the hotel I truly felt like I was living in a fairy tale. It is safe to say I completely fell in love with this city the moment I arrived. What I love most is the vibe of Paris; sophisticated like New York yet laid back like California. However what sets Paris apart from the rest is the simplicity it conveys. People lunch for hours or take afternoon tea daily. Paris reassured me that life is meant to be enjoyed. I apologize for being M.I.A. on the blog this week, let’s just say I am slowly coming back to life from vacation mode.
